Spatial Grounding Section Options

Defines options controlling how Spatial Grounding works for a Data Section.

Remarks

The Spatial Grounding Section Options extension customizes spatial grounding for Data Sections. It enables automatic computation of section bounds based on the spatial positions of descendant fields after grounding.

• Attach this extension to a Data Section to have its bounds calculated from the locations of its child fields.
• Useful for visually grouping all fields in a section, supporting review, annotation, or downstream processing.
• Configuration is performed in the property grid of the target Data Section.

Example

Enable bounds computation for a "Vendor Information" section to highlight the entire region containing all vendor fields.

Properties

Compute Bounds	Boolean	►	If true, indicates the section bounds should be computed from descendant fields after spatial grounding. DefaultFalse When enabled, the spatial bounds of the Data Section are calculated from the locations of its child fields. This allows the section to be visually represented as a single region encompassing all relevant data. Set to true to compute section bounds from child field locations. Set to false to leave section bounds unset or determined by other means. Example: Compute bounds for a "Remittance Address" section to highlight the full address block on the document.
