AI Chat Filter

Defines a filter for a search index used in an AI Chat session.

Remarks

Use this object to restrict or refine which documents are available for retrieval by the AI Assistant during a chat session.

• The 'Index Name' property selects the search index to be used for retrieval.
• The 'Filter' property allows you to specify an OData filter expression, limiting which documents in the index are considered for semantic search.

These filters are applied only to the current chat session and do not affect other sessions or the default configuration of the AI Assistant.

Properties

Index Name	String	►	The name of the search index to use for retrieval in this chat session. ConverterIndex Converter Select the search index that the AI Assistant should use when retrieving information. The available options are determined by the indexes configured for the assistant.
Filter	String	►	The filter to apply to all vector searches against this search index. EditorFilter Editor Enter an OData filter expression to restrict which documents in the selected index are available for retrieval. This is useful for focusing responses on documents with specific metadata or attributes.
