Remarks
The Chat Filter object allows users to control which AI Chats are shown in the Grooper UI by specifying criteria such as date range, user, and sort order. This enables targeted review, management, and cleanup of chat sessions associated with an AI Assistant.
Usage
Configure the filter properties to narrow the list of displayed AI Chats. For example, set a date range to view only recent conversations, or specify a user to focus on chats from a particular individual.
The filter is typically used in administrative or review contexts, such as auditing chat activity, deleting old sessions, or analyzing user interactions with an assistant.
Configuration
- Set 'Start Date' and 'End Date' to define the time window for included chats.
- Use 'User Name' or 'User ID' to filter by participant.
- Adjust 'Sort Direction' to control the order in which results are displayed.
Changes to the filter properties immediately affect which AI Chats are shown in the interface or returned by related methods.
