Batch - Send To Production

Batch Command Grooper.Core

Clones or moves a Batch into production and launches it into a Batch Process.

Remarks

Use this command to send a Batch from a test environment into production, starting it at a specified Batch Process Step.

  • If 'Clone' is set to true, the batch is duplicated and the new batch is launched in production.
  • If 'Clone' is false, the original batch is moved to production.
  • The 'Target Step' property determines which step of the Batch Process the batch will begin at.
  • If 'Start Paused' is true, the batch will be created or moved in a paused state; otherwise, processing begins immediately.

Typical usage:

  1. Select the batch to send to production.
  2. Configure the 'Target Step' to specify where processing should begin.
  3. Choose whether to clone or move the batch using the 'Clone' property.
  4. Set 'Start Paused' if you want to review or configure the batch before processing starts.
  5. Execute the command to send the batch to production.

> [!NOTE] > Only batches that are not already in production and are in a non-active status can be sent to production.
