TabOptions

When enabled, inserts tabs at each position where a vertical line intersects a line of text. For example, consider a document which displays information in a table as follows:

Name	State
John Doe	Texas
Jane Smith	Maine

When vertical line detection is disabled, no tab character gets output between Jane Smith and Maine because the gap between these two elements is not large enough to qualify for tab insertion:

Name\tState
John Doe\tTexas
Jane Smith Maine

When vertical line detection is enabled, the vertical line between Jane Smith and Maine causes a tab character to be inserted:

Name\tState
John Doe\tTexas
Jane Smith\tMaine

When enabled, tab insertion will be suppressed for whitespace gaps which are underlined. This setting is useful when processing documents which use underlining to indicate "fill in the blanks" regions inside paragraphs, as shown below:

This contract is between ______John Doe______ and _____Jane Smith_____, and shall be effective as of ____January 17th, 2019____.
