Grooper.Core
Options controlling how the fuzzy matching engine selects the best match.
Can be one of the following values:

| LeastCost | 0 | ► | Prefer the highest confidence result. For example, the pattern (NET )?PAYMENT could match the value NFT PAYMENT in two possible ways.
It could match PAYMENT at 100%, or NET PAYMENT at 91%. In least cost mode, the 100% match will
take precedence over the 91% match because it has a higher confidence.
