Grooper.Core
Options controlling how the fuzzy matching engine selects the best match.
Can be one of the following values:

| LeastCost | 0 | ► | Prefer the highest confidence result. For example, the pattern (NET )?PAYMENT could match the value NFT PAYMENT in two possible ways.
It could match PAYMENT at 100%, or NET PAYMENT at 91%. In least cost mode, the 100% match will
take precedence over the 91% match because it has a higher confidence.

| BestValue | 1 | ► | Prefer the longest result which is above the minimum confidence. For example, the pattern (NET )?PAYMENT could match the value NFT PAYMENT in two possible ways.
It could match PAYMENT at 100%, or NET PAYMENT at 91%. In best value mode, the 91% match will
