Batch Process - Add Activity

Adds a new Batch Process Step to the Batch Process, configured with a specific Activity.

Use this command to insert a new step into a Batch Process and assign it an Activity type.

Properties

Name	Type		Description
Step Name	String	►	The name to assign to the new Batch Process Step. Requiredtrue This value sets the display name for the step as it appears in the Batch Process. The name should be descriptive of the Activity or function performed by the step. The value must be unique within the Batch Process.
Description	String	►	An optional description to assign to the new Batch Process Step. Use this property to provide additional context or notes about the step's purpose. The description is shown in the step's properties and can help document the process design.
Command Type	String	►	The type of Activity to assign to the new step. Requiredtrue Select the Activity type that defines the operation performed by the step. This value determines the behavior and configuration options available for the step. The list of available types is filtered to show only valid Activity types for the Batch Process.
