Section Instance - Move Previous

Moves the current record toward the beginning of the collection.

Remarks

The Move Previous command shifts the selected record one position earlier in the collection.

Purpose and Functionality

• Use Ctrl + Shift + Left to move the record up.
• The record swaps places with the previous record.
• Useful for reordering records to match the document's structure.

How to Use

• Right-click a record and select "Move Previous", or use the keyboard shortcut.
• The record moves up one position in the collection.

Example

> Use Move Previous to reorder line items or claims that were extracted out of sequence.
