Data View

Can be one of the following values:

The Processing Level property determines which Batch Folders are presented for review, based on their depth in the batch hierarchy.

• Level0 reviews only the folders targeted by the 'Scope' setting.
• Level1 reviews folders one level below the scope, and so on.
• Use this property to match the review interface to your batch structure and processing requirements.

When Display Parents is enabled, users can view and edit parent Batch Folders while reviewing documents at the selected level.

• This is useful for workflows where context from parent folders is needed for validation or data entry.
• The property is only available when the 'Processing Level' is greater than Level0.

The Content Type Filter property limits the review to documents matching one or more selected Content Types.

• When empty, all documents in scope are included.
• When populated, only documents whose type matches an entry in the list are shown.
• Use this property to focus review efforts on specific document classes or to enable tabular review for a single type.

The Tabular View property enables a spreadsheet-like interface for reviewing and editing repeating data, such as rows in a Data Table.

• When configured, the tabular view replaces the default hierarchical data model view.
• Only available when a single Content Type is selected in the 'Content Type Filter'.
• Use this property to streamline review of line items, tables, or other multi-instance data.

If no value is specified, the name of the View Type will be used.

The Flag Invalid Documents property controls whether documents with data validation errors are flagged during review.

• When enabled in Data View, folders are only flagged if the user manually re-runs extraction during review.
• To flag invalid documents before review, also enable this property in the Extract activity configuration.
• Use this property to highlight documents requiring correction or further attention.

The Auto-Load Next Invalid Document property streamlines review by automatically advancing to the next document with data errors.

• When enabled, users are guided directly to documents requiring correction.
• When disabled, navigation proceeds to the next document in sequence, regardless of validation status.
• Only available when the tabular view is not active.

The Verbose Stats property enables detailed logging of user actions and review activity in the data grid.

• Use this property to collect metrics for auditing, process improvement, or troubleshooting.
• When enabled, additional statistics are recorded for each review session.

The Allow Invalid Documents property controls whether users can complete the review task when documents have unresolved data errors.

• When enabled, completion is permitted regardless of validation status.
• When disabled, all data errors must be resolved before the task can be completed.
• Use this property to enforce strict data quality or to allow exceptions as needed.
