Data Viewer

The Up button allows users to move up one level in the document hierarchy, such as from a child folder to its parent.

• Enabled only when a higher level is available.
• Useful for reviewing data at different levels of the batch structure.

Tip: Use this button to navigate to a broader context or to review parent folders and their data.

The Down button allows users to move down one level in the document hierarchy, such as from a parent folder to its child documents.

• Enabled only when child levels are available.
• Useful for drilling down into specific documents or subfolders for detailed data review.

Tip: Use this button to access and review data for nested documents or sections within the batch.

The Save button commits any edits made to the data in the Data Grid for the current document.

• Shortcut: Alt + F12
• Ensures that all changes are validated and persisted before moving to another document or completing the review.
• If validation errors are present, the user is prompted to correct them before saving.

Usage Example:
After editing data fields, click Save or press Alt + F12 to store your changes.

The Cancel button discards any unsaved edits made to the data in the Data Grid for the current document.

• Reverts the Data Grid to the last saved state.
• Useful for undoing accidental changes or reverting to previously validated data.

Usage Example:
If you make changes you do not wish to keep, click Cancel to restore the original data.

The Page Navigator provides intuitive navigation controls for moving between documents within the current batch or folder.

• Displays the current document number and total document count.
• Includes buttons or controls to move to the previous or next document, as well as jump to the first or last document in the sequence.
• Updates the Data Grid to display data for the selected document.

Usage Example

Use the Page Navigator to quickly review each document's data in sequence, ensuring that all extracted values are validated before batch completion.

The Data Grid presents all extracted and user-entered data for the currently selected document in a structured, tabular format.

• Shows fields, tables, and sections as defined by the Data Model for the document's Document Type.
• Supports direct editing of values, with real-time validation and error highlighting.
• Provides keyboard navigation for efficient data entry and review.
• Validation errors are visually indicated, allowing users to quickly identify and correct issues.
• May include additional features such as filtering, searching, and expandable sections for complex data models.

Usage Example

Review and edit extracted data in the Data Grid. Invalid or missing values are highlighted, and changes can be saved or discarded using the toolbar buttons.
