Machines

Contains all Machine objects and provides a UI for collectively managing servers and Service Instance nodes.

Remarks

The Machines folder serves as the central location for managing all Machine nodes within a Grooper repository.

Overview

• Each Machine represents a server that has connected to the repository.
• The Machines folder allows administrators to view, add, and manage all known servers from a single location.
• Service Instance nodes associated with each Machine can also be managed here.

Usage

Use the Machines folder to:

• Add new Machine nodes to the repository.
• Review and update server information.
• Monitor and manage distributed Grooper services across multiple servers.

The Machines folder is typically found as a child of the Root node.
