Overview

The Node Reports component provides a centralized location for viewing and managing reports associated with the selected node in Grooper. This tab enables users to access a variety of report types that are relevant to the node, offering insights and analytics based on the node's data and configuration.

Layout and Interactive Components

The interface typically includes:

• Properties Panel:
  • Displays a property grid for viewing and editing report-related properties for the node.
• Report List:
  • Shows all enabled report types applicable to the current node. Only reports relevant to the node's type and context are listed.
  • Users can select and view detailed information for each report.
• Toolbar Actions:
  • {save} and {cancel} buttons allow users to commit or discard changes made to report properties.

The available reports are dynamically determined based on the node's type and its relationship within the project structure. Only nodes that are descendants of the Projects root and have at least one enabled report type will display this tab.

Usage Notes

• Use this tab to view, configure, and manage reports relevant to the selected node.
• Only report types applicable to the node's type and context are shown.
• Use the {save} button to apply changes or {cancel} to discard them.

Command Buttons

Button	Shortcut Key		Summary
save save		►	Save changes. The {save} button commits any edits made in the property grid to the node's report configuration. Becomes enabled when there are unsaved changes. Click to apply all modifications and update the report settings.
cancel cancel		►	Discard changes. The {cancel} button reverts any unsaved edits in the property grid, restoring the last saved values. Becomes enabled when there are pending changes. Click to discard all modifications and reset the grid to its previous state.

Properties	Property Grid	►	Displays the properties for the selected node's reports. The 'Properties' control presents a property grid for viewing and editing report-related properties of the current node. Use this grid to review and modify settings that affect how reports are generated or displayed. Changes made in the grid can be saved or discarded using the {save} and {cancel} buttons in the toolbar.
