The Candidate List control streamlines document classification and separation workflows in Grooper. It presents users with the most likely Content Types for assignment, supporting rapid review and correction in high-volume scenarios.

UI Components

• Candidate Table:
  Displays candidates in a two-column table: the Content Type name/path and its similarity or confidence score.
  • Rows are ranked by score, with the most likely candidates at the top.
  • The currently selected type is highlighted for clarity.
• Search Input:
  Allows real-time filtering of candidates by name or path.
  • Typing in the search box instantly narrows the list.
  • Esc clears the search.
• Keyboard Navigation:
  • Up/Down arrows move the selection.
  • Enter assigns the selected type.
  • Esc clears the search input.
• Integration:
  • Works in tandem with the Separation List and Separation Viewer for seamless document review.
  • The selected type is exposed for assignment actions and UI feedback.
• Rendering Modes:
  • Supports both full interactive lists and simplified "list only" modes for flexible UI integration.

Usage Guidance

Use Candidate List in batch review or classification interfaces where rapid, accurate document typing is essential. Configure the control to display the most relevant candidates for the current selection, and leverage filtering and navigation features to optimize efficiency.
