Task View Grooper.Core

Displays the contents of a Batch in a hierarchical folder view for review and completion.

Remarks

Folder View provides a tree-based interface for visualizing and interacting with the structure of a Batch, including its Batch Folders and Batch Pages.

Purpose and Usage

  • Adding a Folder View to a Review activity’s configuration causes the Review Page to display a Batch Viewer tab.
  • Use Folder View to review, organize, and complete work on documents and pages within a batch.
  • The view enforces completion criteria such as flag resolution and page organization, ensuring quality and compliance before tasks are marked complete.
  • Commonly used in attended activities (such as Review) to guide users through folder-level and page-level validation.

Configuration

  • The 'Resolve Page Flags' property requires users to address flagged pages before completion.
  • The 'Required Page Level' property enforces that all Batch Pages exist at a specific folder depth.
  • The 'Folder Criteria' property allows administrators to define custom completion rules for specific Batch Folder levels.
