Displays a folder-based hierarchical view of the batch.

Remarks

The Batch Viewer provides a comprehensive, interactive interface for navigating and organizing the contents of a batch within Grooper's Review Page.
It presents the batch as a hierarchical tree, allowing users to view, select, and manage documents and pages.

  • Appears as a tab on the Review Page when a Folder View is included in the Review configuration.
  • Enables users to browse, select, and organize batch content in real time.
  • Supports batch review workflows, including page confirmation and flag management.

Main Components

  • Tree Viewer:
    Displays the batch hierarchy as a tree, supporting navigation, selection, and drag-and-drop organization.
  • Context Menu Commands:
    Provides right-click access to commands for the selected Batch Folders or Batch Pages, such as assigning content types or clearing flags.

Interactive Elements

The Batch Viewer includes the following interactive controls:

  • Tree Viewer:
    • Single-click to select nodes (folders, documents, or pages).
    • Multi-select using Ctrl or Shift.
    • Drag-and-drop to move items within the batch.
    • Right-click to access context menu commands.

Context Menu Commands

The Batch Viewer adds the following commands to the context menu for selected items:

  • Confirm Page Command:
    • Allows users to confirm a batch page and clear any associated flags.
    • Keyboard shortcut: Enter

Additional context menu commands may be available depending on the selected item, such as:

  • Assign Document Type
  • Flag Item / Clear Flag
  • Delete
  • Rename
  • Sort Children
  • Collapse
  • Revert to Loose Pages

Use the context menu or keyboard shortcuts to efficiently manage and review batch content.

Usage Workflow

  1. Open a batch in the Review activity.
  2. Select the Batch Viewer tab to view the batch hierarchy.
  3. Navigate and select items using the Tree Viewer.
  4. Use context menu commands or keyboard shortcuts to confirm pages or perform other actions.
  5. Organize, review, and complete the batch as needed.
