• When set, this profile is used as the default for new scan sessions.
• If not set, the last used profile is selected and profile selection remains enabled.
• Scanner Profiles define device, feed orientation, and device-specific image processing.

• Use this property to apply permanent image cleanup (such as deskew, despeckle, or color correction) in real time during scanning.
• The selected IP Profile is applied to all images acquired in the scan session.

• Select a Separation Profile that uses a real-time Separation Provider to split documents as they are scanned.
• Providers that depend on OCR generally do not support real-time operation and must be executed from the Separate activity.

If no value is specified, the name of the View Type will be used.

When Resolve Page Flags is enabled, users are required to address all flagged Batch Pages before the review task can be completed.

• This helps ensure that all exceptions or issues identified during processing are resolved or acknowledged.
• If any page remains flagged, the system will prevent task completion and display a message indicating which page(s) require attention.
• Use this option to enforce quality control and prevent incomplete or problematic documents from advancing in the workflow.

The Required Page Level property enforces that all Batch Pages must exist at a specific folder depth within the Batch.

• Set to 0 to allow pages at any level.
• Set to a positive integer to require that all pages are organized at the specified level (e.g., level 2 for document-level pages).
• If any page is not at the required level, completion will be blocked and a message will indicate the issue.
• Use this property to standardize batch structure and ensure consistent document organization.

The Folder Criteria property allows you to define custom completion requirements for Batch Folders at specific levels in the hierarchy.

• Add one or more criteria to enforce rules such as requiring all folders at a level to be unflagged or to have a content type assigned.
• Each item in the list applies to a specific folder level and can be configured independently.
• Use this property to implement advanced quality control and validation policies tailored to your batch structure.
