Folder Level Options

Grooper Object Grooper.Core

Configures completion criteria for Batch Folders at a specific level in the batch hierarchy.

Remarks

The Folder Level Options class enables administrators to enforce custom rules for completing review tasks based on the state of Batch Folders at a given level.

Purpose and Usage

  • Use Folder Level Options to require that folders at a certain level are unflagged or have a Content Type assigned before allowing task completion.
  • Supports complex batch structures and quality control policies by allowing different criteria for different folder levels.

Configuration

  • Set the 'Level' property to specify which folder level the criteria apply to (e.g., 1 for top-level documents).
  • Enable 'Resolve Flags' to require all folders at this level to be unflagged before completion.
  • Enable 'Require Content Type' to ensure all folders at this level have a Content Type assigned.

Integration

  • Folder Level Options are used by Folder View to validate completion criteria during attended review workflows.
  • If any folder at the specified level does not meet the criteria, completion is blocked and a descriptive message is shown to the user.

For more information, see the documentation for Batch Folder, Content Type, and Folder View.
