Content Type - Generate Control Sheets

Command to generate Grooper Control Sheets for selected document types within a content model or content category.

Overview

The Generate Control Sheets command automates the creation of Control Sheets for one or more Document Types defined under a Content Model or Content Category. Control sheets are used to facilitate document separation and organization during batch processing.

This command allows you to:

• Select specific Document Types for which control sheets should be generated.
• Specify the output folder where the generated control sheets will be placed.
• Define the folder level within the batch at which separation should occur.

Usage

1. Select the Content Model or Content Category containing the desired Document Types.
2. Configure the 'Document Types' property to choose which document types will receive control sheets.
3. Optionally set 'Output Folder' to control where the control sheets are created.
4. Set 'Separation Level' to determine the batch folder structure for the generated sheets.

Generated control sheets will be created for each selected Document Type and placed in the specified output location.

A control sheet will be generated for each selected document type. Use this property to control which document types are included in the control sheet generation process.
Output Folder	String	►	The folder in which the generated control sheets should be placed. DefaultGenerated Control Sheets If no folder name is specified, the generated control sheets will be placed in the root of the project. Specify a folder name to create or use an existing folder for output. This property controls the organization of control sheets within the project or batch structure.
Separation Level	Int32	►	The folder level within the batch at which separation should occur. Default1 Determines the folder hierarchy for the generated control sheets within the batch. Set this value to control how control sheets are grouped or separated in the batch structure. Higher values create deeper folder nesting for separation.
