Batch Folder - Group Children

Set this property to control how many items (documents, folders, or pages) are grouped together in each subfolder.

• Leave blank to use only the Maximum Size property.
• If both Items Per Folder and Maximum Size are set, a new subfolder is created when either limit is reached.

Example:
To create subfolders containing up to 50 items each, set this property to 50.

Set this property to limit the total file size (in bytes, KB, MB, or GB) of items grouped into each subfolder.

• Use values like 100 MB, 1 GB, or 50000 (for bytes).
• Leave blank to use only the Items Per Folder property.
• If both Maximum Size and Items Per Folder are set, a new subfolder is created when either limit is reached.

Formatting examples:

• 100 MB
• 1 GB
• 50000 (interpreted as bytes)
• 250 kb

> Note: Invalid or unrecognized formats will result in a validation error.

Use this property to specify the Content Type for the subfolders created by this command.

• Leave blank to use the default Content Type.
• Assigning a Content Type can be useful for downstream processing, classification, or appearance.

Example:
Select a Document Type or Content Category to apply to all new subfolders.

Use this property to define a dynamic naming pattern for the subfolders.

• The expression can reference properties of the folder or its contents.
• Leave blank to use default folder names.

Example:
To name folders as Group 1, Group 2, etc., use an expression like:
