Batch Object - Add Folder

Batch Object Batch Object - Create New Folder Grooper.Core

Adds a new folder as a child of the selected Batch Folder, with configurable position and metadata.

Remarks

The Add Folder command allows you to insert a new Batch Folder as a child of the currently selected folder in the batch hierarchy. You can specify the folder's content type, name, description, and its position relative to existing children.

Use this command to organize documents, create new logical groupings, or prepare the batch structure for downstream processing. The new folder can be added at the beginning or end of the child list, depending on the 'Position' property.

This command is commonly used during batch setup, document import, or manual organization tasks. It is available from context menus and toolbar actions in the batch tree UI.

> Note: The command is only available when a single Batch Folder is selected (not a Batch Page).
