Page Count

Separation Event Grooper.Capture

Triggers document separation at a fixed page interval.

Remarks

Overview

The Page Count event is part of event-based separation in Grooper. It allows you to split documents automatically at regular intervals, regardless of page content.

  • Use this event to separate documents by a fixed number of pages, such as every 10 pages.
  • This is useful for batches where documents are of uniform length or when no other separator (such as barcodes or blank pages) is available.

Configuration

  1. Set the 'Pages Per Document' property to the desired number of pages for each document.
  2. Optionally, combine with other Separation Events for more complex separation logic.

Viewable Properties

  • Pages Per Document:
The number of pages after which a new document or folder will be created.
For example, a value of 5 will create a new document every 5 pages.
