CMIS Folder Link Command Grooper.CMIS

Writes the Grooper folder properties to the CMIS folder.

Remarks

The Save Properties command pushes metadata from the Grooper Batch Folder to the linked CMIS Folder, using the mappings defined on the current Export Definition.

  • Use this command to update the external repository with changes made in Grooper.
  • Only properties mapped in the Export Definition will be written.
  • The folder must have a Content Type assigned and a valid Export Definition mapping.

> Example:
> After editing index fields in Grooper, run this command to synchronize those changes back to the ECM system.
