CMIS Folder Link - Load Properties

Reads properties from the CMIS folder and applies them to the Grooper folder.

Remarks

The Load Properties command synchronizes metadata from the linked CMIS Folder into the corresponding Grooper Batch Folder, using the mappings defined on the current Import Definition.

• Use this command to update Grooper with the latest metadata from the external repository.
• This is useful after changes are made in the CMIS system, or to ensure Grooper fields reflect the current state of the external folder.
• The folder must have a Content Type assigned and a valid Import Definition mapping.

> Example:
> After updating folder properties in the ECM system, run this command to refresh Grooper's index fields.
