Separation View

The Separation Settings property references the ESP Auto Separation configuration that controls how pages are classified and documents are separated.

• Adjust these settings to fine-tune classification, attachment rules, and file boundary enforcement.
• The selected configuration determines which Content Model or Content Category is used for classification and separation logic.
• Use this property to ensure the review interface matches the intended separation workflow.

The Goto First Invalid Item property streamlines review by automatically focusing on the first invalid or problematic item when the view is opened.

• Use this property to guide users directly to issues that require attention, such as unclassified or flagged folders.
• When disabled, the view will open to the default or previously selected item.

The Allow Flagged Folders property controls whether users are permitted to complete the review task when one or more Batch Folders are flagged.

• When enabled, flagged folders do not block completion.
• When disabled, all flags must be resolved or cleared before the batch can be completed.
• Use this property to enforce or relax quality control requirements for flagged items.

The Allow Unclassified Folders property determines whether completion is allowed when there are unclassified Batch Folders at the level immediately below the task.

• When enabled, users can complete the review even if some folders are not classified with a Content Type.
• When disabled, all such folders must be classified before completion is permitted.
• Use this property to enforce strict classification or to allow exceptions as needed.

If no value is specified, the name of the View Type will be used.
