All Batch objects are moved directly into the destination Folder with no subfoldering.

• Use this option if you want all archived batches to appear together in a single folder.
• No date-based organization is applied.

Batches are grouped into a single subfolder for each year, formatted as YYYY (e.g., 2024).

• Use this to organize archived batches by year of creation.
• Example path: Destination/2024

Batches are grouped into a single subfolder for each year and quarter, formatted as YYYY-Q# (e.g., 2024-Q2).

• Use this to organize archived batches by quarter within each year.
• Example path: Destination/2024-Q2

Batches are grouped into a single subfolder for each year and month, formatted as YYYY-MM (e.g., 2024-06).
