Extracts a set of classification features from the visual content of an image.
Remarks
This command generates a set of tags which can be used as features in Lexical classification. These "tags" take the form of words describing what is in the image, such as "car", "building", "woman", etc.
The general procedure for configuring classification based on image content is as follows:
- Create an IP Profile containing this command.
- Create Content Model and define one or more document types.
- Configure the Content Model to use Lexical classification.
- Set the Image Feature Extractor property to the IP Profile created above.
- Select a Batch Process Step configured to the Classify activity, whose Content Model Scope property is set to the Content Model created above.
- Use the Classification Tester tab to train each Document Type with at least one sample photo.
- Test classification, and perform additional training as needed.
