CMIS Document Link - Load

Loads the properties and/or content stream of the linked CMIS Document and saves it to the Grooper document.

Remarks

The Load command retrieves the latest content and/or metadata from the referenced CMIS Document in the external repository and imports it into the associated Batch Folder in Grooper. This is especially useful after a sparse import, where only a link is created and no content or field values are loaded initially.

Use this command to synchronize Grooper with the current state of the external document, ensuring that all properties and file content are available for processing, extraction, or export.

• Use the 'Scope' property to control whether to load properties, content, or both.
• Use the 'Overwrite' property to determine if existing local attachments should be replaced.
• This command is typically run after import or when a refresh of external content is required.
