Copy a link to the clipboard for the selected Grooper document.

Remarks

The Copy Link command generates a direct link (URL) to the selected document and copies it to the clipboard.

Usage Guidance

• Use this command to share or bookmark a document found in search results.
• Available from the context menu or by clicking the associated button in the search results.

Interactive Behavior

• When executed, the link is copied to the clipboard and a toast notification confirms the action.
• The link can be pasted into emails, chats, or documentation for direct access.

When to Use

• To collaborate with team members by sharing direct document links.
• To create bookmarks or references to specific documents for future access.
