Overview

The Grooper Root - Events tab provides a searchable, paginated interface for viewing entries in the Grooper event log. This tab enables users to audit, filter, and manage system and application events recorded within the repository, supporting troubleshooting, compliance, and operational monitoring.

Layout and Interactive Components

The interface includes the following elements:

  • Filter Properties Panel:
    • Displays a property grid for configuring event log filters, such as date range, event type, or source.
    • Allows users to refine which events are displayed in the log view.
  • Event List:
    • Shows a paginated list of event log entries matching the current filter.
    • Each entry includes details such as timestamp, event type, source, and message.
  • Pager:
    • Provides navigation controls for moving between pages of event log results.
  • Toolbar Actions:
    • {search} button runs a search using the current filter settings.
    • {delete} button deletes all log entries matching the filter.
    • {copy} button copies the current page of events to the clipboard; use Shift + click to copy all matching events.

The tab supports efficient review of large event logs by providing paging and filtering capabilities. Users can quickly locate relevant events, export results, or clear log entries as needed.
