Content Type Design Tab GrooperReview.Pages.Design

View a list of training documents for this content type and its descendants.

Remarks

The Content Type Training Samples tab provides a focused workspace for reviewing and managing the set of training documents associated with the selected Content Type and its descendant types. This control is essential for solution designers and administrators who need to curate, inspect, or validate the training data used for classification and extraction models.

Purpose

Use this tab to view all training documents (samples) that have been provided for the current Content Type and its descendants. Training samples are critical for training classification models, improving document recognition accuracy, and supporting advanced extraction scenarios. The interface allows you to browse, select, and inspect each training document in detail.

UI Components

  • Sample List:
    • Displays all training documents associated with the current Content Type and its descendants in a scrollable list.
    • Each row represents a Batch Folder used as a training sample, showing key properties such as name, type, and status.
    • Supports selection of a sample to view its contents in detail.
    • May include visual indicators for sample status, type, or other metadata.
  • Document Viewer:
    • Shows the currently selected training document, using the appropriate viewer for the document's type (image, PDF, text, etc.).
    • Supports navigation through multi-page documents.
    • Provides tools for zooming, panning, and inspecting document content.
    • May include context menu commands or toolbar actions for document review.

Workflow and Scope

  • The tab is enabled for Content Types that support training (i.e., those with a trainable classification method).
  • All training samples for the current Content Type and its descendants are listed.
  • Selecting a sample in the list updates the document viewer to display its contents.
  • Use this tab to review the quality and diversity of training samples, ensuring that the classification model is well-trained and representative.
