Batch Process - Batches

Manage and review all batches associated with the selected Batch Process.

Remarks

The Batch Process Batches tab provides a comprehensive interface for viewing, searching, filtering, and managing all Batches linked to the current Batch Process. This control is designed for efficient batch monitoring and workflow management, supporting both high-level overviews and detailed batch operations.

Purpose

Use this tab to audit, filter, and control batches routed through the selected Batch Process. The interface is optimized for batch-centric workflows, enabling users to quickly locate, review, and act on batches in production or test environments.

UI Components

• Batch Manager:
  The main panel displays the Batch Manager control, which includes:
  • Toolbar:
    Command buttons for pausing, resuming, resetting, updating, deleting, creating, refreshing, filtering, and searching batches.
    • A custom {goto} button is available to navigate directly to the selected batch.
  • Batch List:
    A paged, sortable, and filterable list of all batches associated with the current process.
    • Supports multi-selection, keyboard navigation, and context menu commands.
    • Selecting a batch displays its details in the info viewer below.
  • Batch Info Viewer:
    Shows detailed information about the currently selected batch, including properties, status, and processing progress.
    • Appears below the batch list and updates automatically as different batches are selected.
  • Page Navigator:
    Enables navigation through multiple pages of batches when the result set is large.
  • Search and Filter:
    Filter dialog and search box for refining the batch list by process, step, activity, status, or keyword.
  • Context Menu:
    Right-click on a batch to access additional commands, such as viewing properties or opening in the review page.

Usage Guidance

1. Use the toolbar to perform batch operations such as pausing, resuming, resetting, updating, deleting, or creating batches.
2. Search and filter the batch list to quickly locate relevant batches.
3. Select a batch to view its details and monitor processing status in the info viewer below.
4. Use the {goto} button to navigate directly to the selected batch's details page.
5. Use context menus and keyboard shortcuts for efficient batch management.
6. Navigate between pages of batches using the page navigator.

• {goto}: Navigate to the selected batch.
• Page Navigator: Move between pages of batch results.
