Type Permissions

Defines command-level permissions for a specific node type within a Permission Set.

Remarks

The Type Permissions class enables fine-grained, role-based security by specifying which commands are enabled or disabled for a particular node type.

• Used as part of a Permission Set to control user/group access to actions such as editing, deleting, or running custom commands on nodes of a given type.
• The 'Type Name' property identifies the node type these permissions apply to (e.g., Project, Batch, Folder).
• The 'Command States' property allows administrators to enable or disable individual commands for this type, using a checklist editor in the UI.

This value is set automatically when creating or editing type permissions within a Permission Set. Used internally to match permissions to the correct node type at runtime. This property is read-only in the UI.
Command States	List(Of Type)[]	►	The list of enabled commands for this node type in the context of the current Permission Set. EditorCommand Editor ConverterCommand Converter Controls which actions (commands) are available to users/groups for nodes of this type. Use the checklist editor to enable or disable individual commands, such as "Delete", "Edit", "Publish", or custom commands. Disabled commands are stored by type name in the 'Commands' property; all other available commands remain enabled. Typical usage includes restricting sensitive operations or customizing user roles for specific workflows. Changes to command states take effect immediately for users governed by this Permission Set.
