Pages

Specifies which pages may be accessed in the web client.

Remarks

The Pages enumeration defines the major areas of the Grooper user interface that can be made accessible to users and groups through a Permission Set. Page access is a key part of role-based security, allowing administrators to restrict or grant access to features such as design, batch processing, task management, imports, jobs, statistics, search, and chat.

Usage

• Assign page access using the 'Page Access' property in a Permission Set.
• Combine multiple page flags to grant access to several areas.
• Use the Full flag to grant access to all pages.
• Page access is cumulative across all permission sets a user belongs to.

Configuration Guidance

• Grant only the pages required for each user role to minimize risk and simplify the UI.
• Use Design for solution designers, Batches and Tasks for operators, and Stats for managers.
• Restrict access to sensitive pages for non-administrative users.
• Review and update page access regularly as roles and requirements change.

A combination of the following flags:

Name	Value		Description
None	0	►	No access. The None value disables access to all Grooper UI pages for users in this permission set. Usage Use to temporarily disable all UI access for a group or user. May be used for service accounts or restricted roles.
Design	1	►	Enables access to the Design page. The Design value grants access to the main design environment, including solution configuration, modeling, and administrative features. Usage Assign to users who need to create, edit, or manage repository objects and workflows. Typically granted to solution designers, administrators, and advanced users.
Batches	2	►	Enables access to the Batches page. The Batches value allows users to view, create, and manage Batch objects. Usage Assign to operators and users responsible for batch processing and monitoring. Enables access to batch status, history, and related actions.
Tasks	4	►	Enables access to the Tasks page. The Tasks value allows users to view and manage Processing Tasks. Usage Assign to users who need to monitor, execute, or troubleshoot processing tasks. Useful for operators and support staff.
Imports	8	►	Enables access to the Imports page. The Imports value grants access to the import interface for bringing external documents and data into Grooper. Usage Assign to users responsible for data ingestion, onboarding, or migration. Enables access to import jobs, file selection, and related controls.
Jobs	16	►	Enables access to the Jobs page. The Jobs value allows users to view and manage Processing Jobs. Usage Assign to users who oversee job scheduling, execution, and monitoring. Useful for workflow managers and administrators.
Stats	32	►	Enables access to the Stats page. The Stats value grants access to repository statistics, analytics, and reporting features. Usage Assign to managers, analysts, or users who need to review performance and operational metrics. Enables access to dashboards, charts, and data exports.
Search	64	►	Enables access to the Search page. The Search value allows users to search for nodes, batches, and other repository objects. Usage Assign to users who need to locate and review repository content. Enables advanced search, filtering, and navigation features.
Chat	128	►	Enables access to the Chat page. The Chat value grants access to the integrated chat and messaging features. Usage Assign to users who participate in collaborative workflows or need to communicate within Grooper. Enables real-time messaging and notifications.
Full	255	►	Enables access to all pages. The Full value grants access to every major page in the Grooper UI. Usage Assign to administrators or power users who require unrestricted access. Combines all other page flags for maximum permissions.
