PST Link - Load Content

Loads the linked file and stores it locally in Grooper.

Remarks

The Load Content command loads the referenced mail message from the PST archive and stores it as a local attachment on the Batch Folder. This is typically used to convert a linked message into a fully loaded document, making its content available for downstream activities that require local access.

• Use this command when you need to process, extract data from, or export the message content within Grooper.
• The original message remains inside the PST archive; only a copy is loaded into Grooper.
• If the message is missing or inaccessible within the archive, the command will fail.
