SFTP Link - Save Content

SFTP Link Command Grooper.Messaging

Writes the local attachment from the Batch Folder to the SSH/SFTP file server, updating or creating the external file.

Remarks

The Save Content command uploads the current native attachment from the Batch Folder to the remote SFTP server, overwriting or creating the file at the location specified by the SFTP Link. This enables Grooper to push changes or new content back to external storage.

When executed, the command connects to the SFTP server using the configured credentials, streams the local attachment, and writes it to the specified file path. This is useful for synchronizing changes, exporting processed documents, or maintaining an external repository of files.

Usage Guidance

  • Use this command to update the external file after processing, extraction, or modification in Grooper.
  • The command is only available if the Batch Folder has a local attachment.
  • Ensure that the user account has write permissions to the target location on the SFTP server.

The command can be executed manually or as part of an automated export or synchronization workflow.
