Mail Message - Convert To RFC822

Converts a proprietary Microsoft Outlook mail message (.msg) to an industry-standard RFC822 mail message (.eml).

Remarks

Converts the attached Outlook .msg file to a standard RFC822 .eml file for improved interoperability and standards compliance.

• Use this command when you need to process, export, or archive mail messages in a widely supported format.
• The converted .eml file replaces the current attachment in the Batch Folder, and the MIME type is updated to message/rfc822.
• This command is only available when the current attachment is a .msg file.

Usage Notes

• After conversion, downstream Grooper activities and integrations can treat the mail message as a standard RFC822 email.
• Attachments and mail body content are preserved in the conversion.
