Node Command Grooper

Deletes the selected Node or nodes from the repository.

Remarks

Overview

The Delete command permanently removes the selected Node or nodes from the repository, including all child nodes and associated files.

  • All descendants of the selected nodes are also deleted.
  • Any files or resources associated with deleted nodes are removed from the File Store.
  • The operation cannot be undone.

Usage

Use this command to remove unwanted configuration objects, folders, or other nodes.

  • The command is only available when all selected nodes are writable, not system nodes, and their parent is not read-only.
  • If any node cannot be deleted due to references or permissions, the operation will be blocked and an error message will be shown.
