ZIP Archive - Update

Updates the ZIP archive to match the current child attachments of the Batch Folder.

Remarks

The Update command synchronizes the contents of the attached ZIP Archive with the child attachments of the Batch Folder.
Each child with an attachment is written into the ZIP file, replacing any existing entry with the same name.

• Use this command after adding, removing, or modifying child attachments to ensure the ZIP file reflects the current folder structure.
• Existing files in the ZIP archive that do not correspond to a current child attachment are preserved.
• This command is available from the context menu of a Batch Folder with a ZIP Archive attachment.

Typical usage scenarios include:

• Packaging multiple documents or files into a single ZIP archive for export or archival.
• Updating a ZIP file after programmatically modifying the children of a Batch Folder.
