Provides a thumbnail-based view of a Batch for image quality assurance and review.

Remarks

The Thumbnail View presents a visual, thumbnail-driven interface for browsing and reviewing Batch Pages within a Batch Folder.

Purpose and Usage

• Adding a Thubnail View to a Review activity’s configuration causes the Review Page to display a Thumbnail Viewer tab.
• Use Thumbnail View to quickly scan, review, and perform quality assurance on document images in a batch.
• Supports sorting and filtering of pages by attributes such as width, height, and more.
• Enables operators to apply IP Profiles for image processing directly from the review interface.
• Commonly used in attended activities (such as Review) to ensure all pages are unflagged and/or confirmed before batch completion.

Configuration

• The 'Allowed IP Profiles' property controls which IP Profiles are available for operators to apply.
• The 'Resolve Page Flags' property requires users to address flagged pages before completion.
• The 'Require Confirmation' property enforces that each page must be individually confirmed by a human operator.

Integration

• Thumbnail View is integrated with Task Views and is typically configured on the Review activity.
• Completion criteria are validated automatically, and users are presented with clear messages when requirements are not met.

Completion Criteria
Resolve Page Flags	Boolean	►	If set to true, flagged pages must be unflagged or confirmed prior to completion. DefaultFalse The Resolve Page Flags property enforces that all Batch Pages must be unflagged or have their flags confirmed before the review task can be completed. This helps ensure that all exceptions or issues identified during processing are resolved or acknowledged. If any page remains flagged, completion is blocked and a message indicates which page requires attention. Use this property to enforce quality control and prevent incomplete or problematic documents from advancing in the workflow.
Require Confirmation	Boolean	►	If set to true, each page must be individually confirmed by a human operator prior to completion. DefaultFalse The Require Confirmation property requires that every Batch Page in the batch be explicitly confirmed by a user before the review task can be completed. This is useful for workflows where human validation of every page is required for compliance or quality assurance. If any page is not confirmed, completion is blocked and a message indicates which page requires confirmation.
