Batch Folder - Collapse

Batch Folder Command Grooper.Core

Moves all OCR and Layout Data from descendant pages and folders to the current Batch Folder, then removes all children.

Remarks

The Collapse command consolidates all OCR results and Layout Data from descendant pages and folders into the selected folder, and then deletes all child items.

Usage Notes

  • Use this command to flatten a folder by merging all content into a single folder-level document.
  • Only folders with attachments of type PDF, TIFF, or JPEG are eligible for this operation.
  • All OCR and Layout Data from descendant items are combined and saved at the folder level.
  • After collapsing, the folder will have no children; all content is accessible from the folder itself.
  • This is useful for preparing documents for export, archiving, or simplifying batch structure after processing.
